Before you appoint anyone
What kind of projects do you take on?
Complete homes: villas, penthouses and private palaces, designed as a whole — architecture of the interior, bespoke joinery, furniture, lighting, art and styling. We accept a limited number of commissions at a time, so every project receives the studio’s full attention.
Where do you work?
Our India studio is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and we design across the country’s leading residential markets — Gurugram, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and beyond. The house was founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2014, with villa and residence commissions across India, the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
What makes Blaine Robert Design different?
Three things. Every design is created once, for one client — nothing is repeated. Every commission is personally directed by our founder. And because our studio spent a decade building what it drew, the craftsmanship we design is craftsmanship we know how to demand.
What does it cost to work with you?
Every commission is bespoke, so fees follow scope — agreed clearly, in writing, before we begin. As a guide, our clients are creating complete homes rather than decorating single rooms.
