A collector’s apartment in the hills

In one of Kuala Lumpur’s most established addresses, this apartment was replanned for a couple downsizing from a family house — without downsizing how they live. Circulation was widened into a gallery for art; bedrooms consolidated to gain a study and a proper dressing room.

Soft neutrals and tailored joinery keep attention on the collection and the skyline. The before-and-after plans tell the real story: same footprint, entirely different home.
