A new-build villa, designed inside and out as one project

A new-build villa at Sobha Hartland, taken on from shell to final styling. The brief called for a contemporary architectural exterior matched by an equally considered interior — dining and living spaces planned in sequence around a shared material language of warm timber, stone and brass.

Because the studio was involved from the architectural stage, joinery, lighting and furniture placement were resolved against the building's actual proportions rather than fitted in afterward — the reason the finished rooms sit so precisely within the shell.
