A full turnkey mansion, built and finished as one commission

A hillside mansion in Ampang delivered as a single turnkey commission — construction, interior design and FF&E under one roof and one point of accountability. The brief centred on a resort feeling at home: a landscaped pool terrace and lounge that open directly off the main living spaces, guest quarters finished to the same standard as the principal rooms.

Because the studio controlled both the build and the design, junctions between architecture and interior — powder room detailing, pool deck to living room transitions — were resolved once, on site, rather than negotiated between separate contractors.
