Hotel-grade polish for a private branded residence

A residence inside the Ritz-Carlton tower, designed to sit comfortably against the hotel standard around it without imitating a hotel room. The drawing room takes plush seating and warm, low lighting as its starting point, in a muted palette that reads as considered rather than decorated.

As with any branded residence, durability and finish tolerance were as important as the design intent — every material was chosen to hold up to tower-grade servicing while still photographing, and living, like a private home.
