Dubai Hills Estate trades sea view for green view — golf-course frontage, mature parkland and a quieter, more residential rhythm than the coast. This villa was designed around that outlook: a rear elevation built almost entirely in glass, and principal rooms sequenced to keep the fairway in constant view.

The interior takes a calmer, more contemporary direction than our beachfront work — warm neutral stone, fluted timber panelling and a restrained material palette that photographs quietly rather than loudly, in keeping with a community built for long-term family living.
