Emirates Hills carries expectations most communities don't — mature landscaping, golf-course frontage, and neighbours who built two decades ago and set the bar accordingly. This villa was designed to sit comfortably in that context: a formal, symmetrical façade giving way to interiors organised for a large, multi-generational household, with clearly separated formal, family and staff zones.
